ATB Mobile est le nouveau service Mobile Banking de l’Arab Tunisian Bank vous permettant d’effectuer, en temps réel et en toute sécurité et confidentialité, des opérations bancaires à distance à partir de votre mobile 24h/24 et 7j/7 où que vous soyez sans avoir besoin de vous déplacer à votre agence.Avec ATB Mobile, une multitude de services vous seront offert, à savoir :- Consultation de comptes et cartes bancaires- Consultation de lhistorique des transactions- Exécution des virements entre comptes ATB, vers des tiers en Tunisie et vers l’Etranger - Consultation des cours des principales devises ainsi que la conversion des taux de change- Simulation des financements - Réception des messages d’informations de la banqueIl est également possible de rechercher lagence la plus proche et même de consulter ses coordonnées sur le territoire Tunisien.
De plus, la fonction « Contact » vous permet d’entrer directement en relation avec un conseiller spécialisé.L’accès à ATB Mobile se fait en utilisant les mêmes paramètres de connexion que ceux utilisés sur ATBNET, la solution E-Banking de l’ATB.
Afin de pouvoir accéder à votre session ATB Mobile, veuillez suivre la démarche suivante :- Télécharger l’application- Effectuer une tentative d’accès, un message vous est affiché vous demandant d’activer votre appareil sur ATBNET.- Activer le service ATB Mobile sur ATBNET (Rubrique « Accueil/ATB Mobile »)ATB Mobile is the new Mobile Banking Service of the Arab Tunisian Bank allowing you to perform in real-time, secure and confidential, remote banking from your mobile 24/24 and 7/7 wherever you be no need to move your branch.With ATB Mobile, a multitude of services will be offered, including:- Consultation of bank accounts and cards- Historical Review transactions- Execution of transfers between ATB accounts to third in Tunisia and from abroad- During the consultation of major currencies and conversion of exchange rates- Simulation of funding- Receipt of bank information messagesIt is also possible to search for the nearest branch and even consult its coordinates on the Tunisian territory.
In addition, the "Contact" feature allows you to make direct contact with a counselor.Access to ATB Mobile is using the same connection parameters as those used on ATBNET, the E-Banking solution ATB.To access your session ATB Mobile, please follow the following steps:- Get the app- Perform an access attempt, a message appears asking you to activate your device on ATBNET.- Enable Mobile ATB on ATBNET Service (Item "Home / ATB Mobile")
